Paid Social Media Specialist

The Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Analyst who lives and breathes social media to run both Sofology and Superbreaks social accounts.
  • You will need to have a minimum of 1-3 years of paid media experience managing campaigns across different platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
  • You will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring social media campaigns for clients across multiple sectors and markets
  • You will need to be someone who is very comfortable analysing and utilising customer response data & able to identify trends and generate strong consumer insights
  • You will have a passion for all things social including future trends, someone who embraces the evolution of the online social environment, understands its place in the ecosystem and is eager to test and develop new strategies
  • You will work within the social team, but also liaise with the wider digital and planning teams
  • You will be a strong communicator who is highly presentable, capable of building strong relationship with both team members and clients



  • Develop and implement social media strategies for your clients across different channels and in some cases different markets
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPI’s & industry benchmarks
  • Conduct day to day campaign optimisation in order to meet client KPI’s
  • Build & update weekly client reports and provide insight into results
  • Analyse, review and report on campaign performance in order to maximize results
  • Support the digital team with social planning and strategy
  • Assist the rest of the social team with any ad-hoc activities or additional administrative tasks
  • Produce post campaign analysis reports in the form of PowerPoint presentations
  • Monitor the market and encourage adoption of new paid social opportunities.
  • Monitor relevant news channels for the latest trends, to help the agency stay one step ahead


Desired Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of developing and implementing social platform to help our clients achieving the objectives and KPIs; this will usually include, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of paid social media and audiences targeting strategies
  • Analytical approach in managing and evaluating data
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritise and multi-task – working toward critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas both written and verbally
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Self motivated & willing to take on new challenges
