Last week, Campaign revealed the Best Places to Work category ranking of large companies with 150-plus UK employees, naming the7stars as one of the top five.
The scheme is run by Campaign and Workforce Research Group in association with Connor Broadley Benefits Consulting, and celebrates the efforts made by employers to provide excellent benefits, training and development opportunities as well as promote inclusion and mobility.
In their announcement, Campaign shared more about the7stars and what it offers it's team.
"When it comes to practical support, the7stars works hard to address the cost-of-living crisis faced by employees. This has included extending pension contributions, providing loans, and sharing a percentage of pre-tax profits with the team.
"Diversity and inclusion is also a significant topic, with cultural holidays celebrated through a series of events, workshops, and panel talks – the independent agency has a stated aim to be a safe space for its employees. A blind CV recruitment process also places ads for roles on job boards with strong representation from a variety of ethnic groups, while the agency provides unconscious bias training for all hiring managers."
Our wellbeing offerings were celebrated.
"Winter “Star Days” (an extra day off during the season for staff to embark on wellbeing activities), a rooftop summer festival, a day for parents to bring in their children and a Boost Week initiative to support wellbeing, are all ways the agency seeks to build its culture. Additionally, employees who have clocked up seven years at the agency get a seven-week sabbatical with full pay.
"With 24/7 unlimited phone counselling through health plan provider Medicash, face-to-face counselling, and Woebot Health – an AI counsellor offering real-time emotional support – the7stars has put employee mental health front and centre."
With core values of 'People Above Process' and 'Respect Eachother and Have Fun' at the heart of our agency, we are thrilled to be recognised as one of the "Best Places to Work" once again.
